The Holidays are almost over and its time for everyone to work out. Whether its walking, swimming, bike riding or working out to a tape we should all get together and encourage each other to lose those extra pounds. So who is with me on this?

It's actually very easy ..... low fat, sugar and salt, no in between meals and no late night meals or snacks. Surf the net for 'light' recipes and read all labels before you buy anything! And exercise whenever you can
