On one night there was 12 people, another night there was 4. Varies.
Most of people there are a 'couple' but there is one older single guy so we are usually paired up. We have a laugh and he does not complain when i step on his toes so it's nice.

As my hubby and I intend to get married ....well sometime in the future, we have been looking at some clips on youtube of wedding dances. We know we would definatly have to go and get dance lessons as I have two left feet when it comes to dancing, and we will need a LOT of lessons. One I seen was called a Shuffle and the bride and groom were dressed to match the era of the song.
I envy you Diva, your youth and I bet you are pretty nimble and flexible too. Any pics of the action?

May go back to Ballroom dance classes when they resume next year but for name 'Dancing Diva' is killing two birds with one stone and is combining my love of dancing and my need to lose weight and I have been going to Zumba lessons.

You would have laughed your head off at the sight of me on my first night....I was laughing at myself as I went along. I had great fun and it will only get better as I get fitter and can actually keep up and fo the steps.

Zumba is an aerobic fitness program created by Miami-based dancer and choreographer Beto Perez and two entrepreneurs, Alberto Perlman and Alberto Aghion. It originated in Colombia in the 1990s and as of 2009 is taught by some 20,000 instructors in 35 countries.

Classes use music based on salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton and other music.
